Nice room in good location
Everything was very good, nice rook with good furniture and beds, good bathroom with supplies. I just wished it was a small recycling bin for empty water bottles.

Cozy cottage feel
The hotel was cute and inviting, cottage like feel. The room was huge, but nothing fancy. No breakfast or updated decor, but very cozy and sweet. Would certainly stay again if the opportunity arises.

The property was a little outside of the main drag of Milford which was good. Across the road is a little ice cream shop that also sells bake goods and fresh produce and Balch's Fish Fry.

There is no closet and the only couple of hooks to hang clothes are in the bathroom. The room looked like a second-hand store with clothes dropped on the bags and chairs.

The rooms are on the smaller side and a bit outdated but the queen bed was very comfortable, the sheets smelled freshly washed and clean. The shower had plenty of hot water . AC unit looked new. Pleasant and easy check in and out. I will stay there again for sure .

Had an excellent stay here. What it lacks in fancy aesthetics, it more than makes up for in the things travelers like and need: cleanliness, friendly staff, the door key works every single time, room temperature easily adjustable, fridge and microwave that work, shower with plenty of hot water and nice water pressure, availability of ice machine, soda machine that actually works, and a lovely daily tidying up. I plan to stay here again.

Unfortunately I slipped and fell in the tub while readying to shower. The anti slip strips were missing on the tub floor where you would stand. And I ripped open my hand trying to grasp for the grip bar which had hose clamps on each side and the sharp edge ripped open my skin.

Not terrible
It’s a place to stay. Outdated, but bed and pillows were comfortable, the room a good size. Does have the typical stale, motel room smell until the air is circulated via the a/c. Pricing was cheap enough though. If I was staying for more than one night, I would probably definitely find something nicer

It was ok but very much old style motel. It had old furniture no closet or place to hang anything. It did have fridge and microwave. No food or breakfast but town has nice diner and restaurant.

Great no frills motel
The room was clean and spacious for two. There were windows for fresh air. The room was updated- walls were freshly painted, new carpet, curtains and bedding. Lots of pillows with different thicknesses. Mattress was firm. Bathroom was clean and shower was strong and hot. Two complaintsa was the mattress was noisy- whatever the topping was on the mattress it crinkled each time you moved. The walls were thin- I heard a neighbor taking at 1:30. The area the hotel is in is a little scruffy but doesn’t seem to be dangerous. Would definitely stay here again- it’s a good place if you just need a place to sleep.

1st time stay here...
the place was rather clean, bed was as hard as could be, big downfall for me....no bath towels, only hand towels, washcloths, and shower mats....we were left extra shower mats as towels?? we were in non smoking but the neighboring room was a smoker that sat right outside our room smoking so we couldnt have the windows open for the beautiful weather as all his smoke came pouring in....ugh

The management was a little snippy when i arrived because i arrived around 7:30. The room was clean and spacious. The air conditioner was loud and overpowered the tv. The shower was hot and clean. Overall ok.

Nice and quiet place, staff was very courteous. We stayed at this location to attend weekend sporting events. This location was very convenient to various restaurants, shopping center, gas stations and a popular ice cream place(for the kids, ok for us adults too, lol). Overall, a very nice stay, I recommend it this place.

Nice that it was on the outskirts of Milford (since the traffic is really backed up very often within Milford itself) but it sits way too close to the highway and LOTS of traffic sounds can be heard day and night.

Lumpy, old, bubbling toilet! But it was cheap!
So here's the thing...This was the cheapest thing we could find and that what I was looking for.. So there's that. I'm not sure what I was expecting. It was clean enough I guess. Old. Smelled a bit like stale cigarettes smoke. The toilet seemed to be clogged somewhere on the line. It bubbled alot in the middle of the night. Bed was lumpy, hard and made alot of noise. The sheets were soft though. There were people outside of the room for hours, you could hear every word they said. I think one of them was living there but I'm not sure. That was frustrating. I don't think I would stay here again, except if i only had $63 to spend.
