"Comfy spot to come and go. Not set up to do much cooking as per other comments. A bit noisy with parking lot next door and can hear the mine transporting goods in the evening when sitting at the water. Was glad it only was operating a few of the nights we were there. Host is easy to reach. Enjoyed the evenings at the shoreline and renting kayaks right next door was great. "

The cabin provided us with a comfortable home base that was well positioned between Gibsons & Sechelt as well as access to many trails & parks on the Sunshine Coast. "Lovely, cozy cabin near the middle of the island. Easy check in, with all that anyone would need. Owners very responsive when I had a few questions. Came in Summer, but would also work as a Winter getaway. Central so able to get to the various beaches and hikes within minutes via vehicle. Highly recommend Bowen Island Pub and Tippy’s for places to eat. Great stay! Thx"
