Its ambiance has a good vibe. Carlos is just a call away and seemed very friendly. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend."

"The house is actually made up of three apartments on three floors. This was a good thing and allowed for our female colleagues to have their own floor. We were looking for someplace for our team of 8 to stay for the Boston Seafood Show and this was really quite good. Just about 15-18 minutes from the convention center, its a reasonable Lyft/Uber ride or drive. Will stay here again"

"The 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment was very clean and had a stocked kitchen. (we did not cook but you can) Close to downtown Boston, Fenway and less than a half mile from Samuel Adams Brewery. "This is a nice property for a big group. Clean. Basic supplies. Few items like hangers were missed, but Jennifer replaced them promptly. No coffee maker but a kennel machine. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is raking unsafe. Also, it is 20 min from any major attraction. "

About half a block from the T. A wonderful coffee cafe close by and a good restaurant. The best convenient type store is up Boylston past the T station. This listing is inaccurate as there was not a hot tub as stated, also not sure how it can be newly renovated when we were hit with a strong mold smell the minute we walked in, which they must be aware of as a bottle of air freshener was sitting in the living room.
