Bare basics only.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. For the price, I was expecting at least a 3-star experience. At check in I requested a wake-up call and was told they did not do that because they were too busy with guests in the morning and they had no automated system. There was no alarm clock or clock/radio in the room. I had to rely upon my cellphone for wakeup and low hearing caused me to wake up late. I needed to plug in a sleep-apnea machine near my bed, but when I pulled the nightstand out to plug it in, the wall socket appeared to be broken. The lamp on that table was unplugged which made me hesitate to use that socket. I had brought an extension cord and plugged in against a different wall, which enabled me to use the machine. The furniture and TV were aged. The refrigerator was very loud and "rattled" inside the wooden furniture it was housed in. It took quite awhile to get used to the loud noise. The bed matresses was very hard, although appeared clean. Walking on the carpet made my socks become very dirty. The advertised "breakfast" included dry cereal with milk, orange juice, toast, and waffle batter. There was no fresh fruit, or yogurt. The coffee was VERY weak, and I could not drink it. For a bit more money, I would stay at a different hotel when passing thru Salt Lake City in the future.

Kept calling the front desk about the people above us but nobody seems to bother to do anything. Floors are very woody, make to much noises when upstairs people walk around

Location: Lots of unhomed people roaming. gathering across street and at night at motel. Don't go outside after dark!!!!
DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel is FILTHY!!! Stuff stuck on walls and running down them. Years of scum and dirt layered on faucets and vanity skirt. I've used cleaner bathrooms in gas stations. Tub and bathroom so filthy I bought Lysol cleaner and scrubbed it down so we could use it. Someone vacuumed down the center of the room at one time in the distant past but never anywhere else. Old food around bed and under. Front of the heater/cooler broken falling on floor and filled with old food and straws. Ancient fridge frozen over and running on the floor as door wouldn't shut. Holes in walls missing tiles in bathroom. 1 bed broken and so crooked impossible to sleep on. GFI protected outlet broken. Cigarette burns in sink and on top of coffee pot, (it"s bring your own coffee). Filthy carped, stuck to it with shoes on. Stripped beds to look for bugs. Had no choice but to clean and stay. Not a good neighborhood. People coming in off the streets to stay the night. Fighting all night across the street. Strict policy of no refunds!!! STUNK!!!!

Nothing special probably wouldn't go back

The hotel was clean enough and decent for the money spent, however it took 15 minutes to get checked in because no one was at the front desk even after I rang the announcement bell twice and ended up having to call the hotel to get someone's attention then when we first got into the room our bathroom light was burnt out which wasn't a big deal and was fixed quickly no problem but on our second night when the blow dryer didn't work and I called down to the new desk clerk (different than the one from the first night) he came to the room told me he'd checked three rooms and could find one and there weren't any extras. He told me I could wait until the next morning but I was frustrated because I clearly had wet hair and was planning to go out that night. I told him I would just buy a new one. Then as I was walking down to get into my car he'd somehow found a new one that I could use and it worked out. I just didn't understand why he hasn't checked wherever he found the new dryer in the first place. Other than those few things the hotel worked well enough for a few nights stay but like I said not in a rush to book here again. I'd honestly probably spend more for a nice hotel.

Okay hotel on main street

Our stay here was quite disturbing. We made arrangements to stay until noon. The next day room service and front desk were rushing us out of the room since 1030 am! They cae to the room 4 different times even after I explained arrangements I had made. So if you ask for a check out extension, make sure staff is aware and it is noted On their schedules...at least.

dirty laundry

Pros: It is on close proximity to downtown
Cons: we had quite a few scantily clad women and a few large men hanging around the area. It made us nervous
the sheets were stained, in spite of asking the desk to have them changed it didn't happen till we went to the desk and insisted they be changed.

It was a place to sleep. The bathtub was iffy and the pictures were honestly a bit misleading.
