It would appear that the hotel had recently be renovated and was in very nice condition. Helpful staff the only draw back is that they advertised a bar that wasn’t open during or stay

My room was right over the bar on the north east side of the building. You could hear the music until 2:00 am When mentioned to the front desk staff the next morning they claimed there was no bar/ pub in the building. Ask for a room on the south side of the hotel

Paper thin walls, staff was slow and didn't care if you were there or not. TV didn't work, normal conversations could be heard through the walls.

There appears to be one elevator and often had to share it with staff and their carts for all activities. Hot was not working, no jets or heat, and the pool was almost warmer. Also, they were always out of towels for the pool area. There is no bar anymore but is still advertised as having one. Are paper plates for breakfast necessary at a Hyatt? Parking in the garage next to the hotel should be free at the price paid for rooms, not $20 a day. I will probably keep staying with Hilton and Marriot after this experience, but I will give Hyatt another chance if they were to offer a free weekend somewhere.
