I sent a email with pictures of the master sink with towel under it because it was leaking water . Also sent pictures of squirrels that are using stuffing from back porch cushions to makes their nests with. Other than those items it is a very nice place to visit."

"Great for a family or group of friends, plenty of space in and outside the Cabin.I learned there is a couple ways to get to town but there is no cell signal and your GPS may actually send you down a longer route but Florissant is actually quite close. Cozy Cabin though, plenty of firewood and a fully equipped kitchen."

"This is a great property for our family during our time in the Colorado Springs area. The property manager is very responsive to our needs throughout the week. The house was tidy with plenty of linen, seasonings, and space. It snowed during our stay so the house got a bit chilly at night but nothing the fireplace couldn't mitigate. We cooked a bit for the week and there are plenty of dishware and cooking pots to make our spread. Very pleased and will book again if we get the opportunity to come...

"The cabin was exactly as the pitures show. It was very clean and everything you need to enjoy your stay is there. Fully equiped kitchen just like home. It snowed the day we arrived. The dirt road was covered and alittle sloshy but very passable. It takes a few minutes after you leave the highway to get up the dirt road but well worth the extra time. Thank you for a nice place to stay!"

"First time staying at a Kasa property. Very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. Would stay here again if back in the area. Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. "
