"Hotel was in convenient location, parking not too far away, room and bathroom were nice nice but bed was just a murphy-bed and very hard, the kitchenette had good equipment and nice size fridge, useful laundry facilities on the liwer floor. Few things didn’t work (light on bathroom mirror, towel warmer, a door hinge was broken and some coat hooks were placed in a crazy spot -needs some maintenance!)"

On our first day, the hosts kindly circled must-visit areas on the map, making it easy for us to explore, even with our 5-year-old. Most of staff at checkout are task oriented and their attitude does not reflect the level of service I’d expect in this prestige hotel therefore I will never be back .
