Our room was large and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. The rooms are modern and clean. The bathroom was a bit dated but nothing that impacted our stay. The hotel is located very close to Princes Street (shopping), the Mound (views + Edinburgh Castle) and the Royal Mile, but without all the street noise that comes with those areas. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice spacious rooms and friendly staff. Walking distance to princes street and all the main attractions. Our room had a good sized bedroom, bathroom and another bed in the living area. Perfect for 3 adults. Kitchen had microwave, kettle, nespresso machine, fridge, dishwasher. Strange to have no hob, I was expecting one. Would be useful to have microwaveable bowls. Stayed 5 nights but note there was no cleaning or change of towels. Free laundry room on top floor was handy and well stocked with washing powder. I thought parking was available but we had to park elsewhere (and it was expensive!). Overall good location, nice hotel.
