"Great place to stay in Eugene. The tavern and the rooftop restaurant were great options. Their welcome drink was a nice touch. Great location being so close to the 5th Street happenings and downtown. We even walked to campus. Only negative was our room was on the train side and did hear it a few times during the night. Will stay there again. "

"Beautiful garden, delicious food. However really loud train every 2 hours or so.. even with ear plugs still woke me up each time. "

"We liked the retro renovation of the motel. Did not like the main door to the room. Not sealed well. All night we could see the outside lights all around the door and the lock on the door was that comparable to a bathroom door lock. No chain to add extra comfort of security while we slept. "

"As a parent of a UO Duck, I love the ambiance at the hotel. If you are a duck parent, you must try it at least once. "

"Check-in was great and very helpful. I felt bad for the staff because they were short on help and we late checking in. We were fine with it, but it was a bummer for them. Everything else was as expected and the staff was super helpful. I thought the busy street was going to be loud, but you couldn't hear it with the windows closed."

"The room was disgusting. There was someones old shorts under the bed skirt, and sweat stains on the mattress that were very visible through *hopefully* clean sheets. There was hair left in the shower. Cleanliness 0/10. I slept fully clothed, and actually looked around for bed bugs. All that being said- the staff was pleasant, and we were in a pinch to find some where to sleep on a road trip, so we had to take what we could.... I wish we would have just kept driving."
