Like stepping back to the past where the customer service, quality of the linens and rooms and absolute attention to detail not only still exist but thrive at this place. The onsite restaurant was a 15 out of 10, and again service above and beyond so many places in this day and age. "I was skeptical after booking and then reading the negative reviews that maybe we didn't make the right choice. To my surprise, the room was extremely clean up on arrival, absolutely no complaints about the room and it's comfort. Front staff was very pleasant. My only complaint was about the pool, which was quite chilly (I don't think it was heated). The pool light was broken and just hanging out the pool, still attached to the inside that left a hole in the pool, which kinda spooked us all out....
