Our first time here… wanted to bring my husband for his bday. I’ve stayed in many hotels… and I never have felt the way this place made me feel. At check in.. after waiting a little bit. The lady finally looks up and asks in a very demeaning matter “ Can I help you?” In a tone like “are you lost? Or you don’t belong here”. I said yes I am checking in. She checked me in. Gave me 2keycards and said you are in another building the library. And pointed outside. Never. Did she tell me about the resort. Restaurants? Pool times? Spa? NOTHING!! Then I go outside to find the “library” no signs of a library anywhere!! With our bags walking around trying to find our room in the cold! This lady should NOT be working checking in or out anyone. Oh and then the room we were put in this building is outdated. It seemed we were the only ones in it. And no keycard to enter this building. Felt UNSAFE! Sadly. I pictured this place completely different. Oh well.
