"We arrived at Jakob after visiting the castles and was greeted by Magnus whose family owns this inn. It is quaint and well kept and it shows. The room was a nice size and comfortable. "We loved Fussen! This hotel is in a very convenient location… a 5 minute walk to the train station and even closer walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel has a wonderful buffet breakfast. The dinner in the restaurant was good too. The staff at the front desk were nice and helpful! We will be back"

"The property is rather new so everything is quite clean. The bed was a bit lumpy. The heating was temperamental and shut off in the middle of the night when it was the coldest. They did follow up with me on the second night to assure me they had fixed it, but it still shut off in the middle of the night for the second night in a row.
