However, on one of the days we stayed here, the hotel accepted an exceptionally large group of really loud partygoers that really ruined the experience. I talked to the manager and explained my discontent, which she understood, and offered a discount. At checkout, the discount was forgotten, and I ended up having to argue with staff who gave us 20% off of one night, which is peanuts. Very disappointing. I hope that management...

"Positives: clean, calm, relaxing, great service (Carlos and Duvin were very helpful during the stay) peaceful. Negatives: far / complicated to get there, to much light at night, ventilation consider a fan for bed. Beach needs more sand it was mostly coral"
