"Tom and Maureen were the best hosts and we really enjoyed talking with both of them! Their place is so tastefully decorated and comfortable! When we arrived Tom showed us around and told us to help ourselves to anything in the dining area including a wide assortment of coffee, tea and snacks in addition to wine. Maureen had baked some organic apple butter scones that we couldn’t pass up and they were delicious and moist! We had never been to this area before so we drove around and went to Knob...

"The cabin was very nice, I liked it due to it not being attached to other cabins. Everything inside was very nice, it did lack a sink in the kitchenette area. The coffee pot is extremely small and takes a very long time to brew a cup of coffee."

"Stayed here for one night to go to the mudrun the next day. We didn’t get to use the facilities. Just slept in. Convenient location and close to some dining areas. The grounds were well taken care of and very quiet/ peaceful. The villa was clean but not the cleanest. Some stains on the carpet.. kitchen was well equipped with pots/ pans/ silverware/ cups/ mugs etc. coffee machine and toaster and microwave and huge fridge and freezer available. "Perfect location, within walking distance to all of the historic downtown attractions. By far, the cleanest hotel we've stayed in! We toured the jail and rode the train. Next time we'd like to get in some hiking and biking along the river! Would definitely stay again! Note...most attractions, shops, and eateries have limited hours...plan accordingly!"
