Next time I’m in the Cleveland area, I WILL come back
This was the second time my husband and I stayed here--it’s unreal to me how cheap the rates are for this hotel, it’s huge and very clean. The manager was EXTREMELY nice and went out of his way to upgrade our room. It’s in a great area, alot of restaurants near by. We go to Cleveland a few times a year and we for sure will be staying here every time

Excellent stay for the price
We were very impressed with the staff as well as the quality of the room. They were incredibly nice about our pet as well.

Clean and cheap
Hotel staff was very helpful. Rooms were very clean and fairly decent size. Downside is you to stay a minimum of 7 days for them to clean the room for free otherwise they charge you for it.
Traveler's tip on shopping
There is no room service you have to go near by restaurant. Places to eat were near so it was a big plus

Overall, pretty impressed
This was my first time staying at an Extended Stay and I was impressed with all the room amenities. The room was very clean and spacious. One slight problem I had was that the night staff didn’t immediately know where the closest emergency room was located. Even though we were not familiar with the area at all, we scanned the phonebook before heading down to the front desk. After the front desk attendant arrived at the desk, he needed the assistance of the phonebook for an e.r. recommendation.

Very impressive
The staff was very nice, they even called up to the room after we checked in to see how everything was. The room was very nice and comfortable, hallways were quiet. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

Nice Place for the price!
Really a ncie low-cost alternative to some of the other hotels in the area. The room was very large and the room was in great condition. The bathroom was also in great shape. As a frequent guest of hotels, I am very critical of shower performance. A satisfying shower really gets me off on the right foot and this place gets an A+++ for thiers. Temperature control and pressure were flat out perfect. The breakfast bar is average but all items were fresh and tasty. Location is quiet and safe but the parking lot is a little bit dark after hours. It is a "bring your own shampoo" hotel, so be forewarned, but the desk clerk was more than happy to provide a couple hotel sized bottles during the check in process. The temperature in the room was easily controlled by a wall thermostat that was simple to use and functioned well. All things considered, it was a very satisfying stay.
