We stayed two nights. For the price I would have stayed elsewhere. The room floor was very dirty. After showing I could see dirt on my feet. The pool was cloudy and the water was cold. The grab and go breakfast was muffins, granola bars and coffee- no fruit or anything for the kids to drink. The staff was very friendly. The location was great- easy to get downtown and several restaurants and a grocery store nearby.

We stay here each time I require treatment at the Cleveland clinic. The rooms are quiet and clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is good. It's convenient to the hospital. When my stay at the hospital was longer than we expected the staff was excellent with extending our stay, so my husband would have a place to sleep. Then we stayed additional days after my discharge from the hospital. The room was quiet and it allowed me to recover a few more days before the drive home. I appreciate the hotel for being so accommodating. Thank you for all you do and we will be back next month.
