The bathroom was a nightmare. It was dirty and the room had a lot of long hair in it. The shower was a whole ordeal because it has a shower head that can be hand held but it is attached with the wrong fitting so it doesn’t sit correctly and sprays water everywhere.

We only stayed one night here, but our room had the comfiest beds and pillows I’ve ever slept on! I had the best night's sleep after a long day of travelling. It was very easy to get to, close to many restaurants for late night dinners, and there was lots of parking available at all times! Check-in staff were very kind and professional. I would absolutely stay here again!

I was very disappointed. Was told the times the pool was open. But the 2 days i was there sign on the door sorry pool closed. I was in a room on the second floor. I stood and waited for the elevator it didnt come. Finally went down the stairs and find a notice sorry elevators out of service. They were not available my whole stay. I have a bad back and waiting on surgery on my knee. I didnt request a room on the first floor. But i didnt expect to have to carry my luggage up to the room and back down when i left. The elevator was still not working after my 2 day stay. Breakfast was not offered complimentary But i thought $18 was quite a lot. At 161.00 a day i think it should have been better. I hope there is compensation for this stay.

Elevators were broken!!! Both Elevators! We were on 5th floor and had lot of luggage and to walk down the stairs to first floor from 5th floor. Bathroom floor needs service as exposed wall and floor tile separation. Staff was friendly but very dissatisfied with this doubletree property condition and the Elevators being out of service was unacceptable. There was a young mother with a stroller also stuck with us on 5th floor who could not carry her infant and stroller down all.the stairs!

I was very disappointed with my stay this weekend. I called 10 hrs before my check in for an early check in and was told I would receive early check in. Once I get there I’m told I couldn’t check in early. I’m already extremely tired so I come back at my scheduled time and was then told that I couldn’t check in because there was an issue with there washers. After 2 hours of waiting to check in my day ways ruined, the plans I had for the day went out of the window because I couldn’t check in and prepare. I was highly disappointed

People kept slamming doors all night, there was some sort of party and music and loud obnoxious people kept going up and down the hall ways. The pool was rowdy and overcrowded. The hot tub had loose gravel and it was painful and scratchy. It was just overall run down. Maybe in the future let your customers know if there was a party going on.
