The hotel was great for being at the bece. a little farthur from the happenings than I wanted to be.

5 Star Service!!
One hotel staffer in particular went so far above and beyond to make an already special occasion SPECTACULAR!! The view from the Harbor View suite was breathtaking. The bed as a whole was worth every penny. The staff was so very nice and eager to help with anything. I asked what the staff’s personal recommendations were to hang out and eat and they were very forthcoming with ideas and suggestions. I feel as though I should still keep in touch with my new friends at the Westin Boston Waterfront; just to let them know how we are doing!!

Good Location for touring Boston.
The Westin is a beautiful hotel with friendly service, comfortable spacious rooms and nice amenities. The restaurant offers a relaxed pub environment and friendly service. The food is excellent, reasonably priced and they have a pretty good choice of beers. It was great to also have a Starbucks located right in the lobby. The location is a mixed bag. Nothing is close or in walking distance, plus the neighborhood didn’t look safe to walk in. BUT, the hotel is located right acrossed the street from a bus stop and the subway system. We learned to use the subway quickly and easily. It was clean, safe, inexpensive and we could get anywhere we wanted in Boston in very little time. Easy access to the airport also. If we visit Boston again, I would definitely like to stay there.
