Great price, great location
We live in a small town in Colorado and go the the "big city" a couple times a year. We always stay at the Rio Rancho Extended Stay. It has a kitchenette with fridge (in which we store all our goodies from Sam’s Club and Costco) and a hide-a-bed couch for the boys to sleep on. It is close to the mall and a lot of great restaurant choices. Quick access to the rest of Albuquerque via Coors and Paseo Del Norte.

Clean but needs updating
Hotel was ok, good location and friendly staff. Rooms were a bit dated, tv remote was messed up. Breakfast is nothing more than a cup of coffee and a bagel.

Served the purpose
Nothing extrordinary. Staff was polite and helpful. Had to have my room key recoded just about every time I left the room. Other than that no problems.

Very basic cheap stay.
The hallway had strong odors from cooking in other rooms and smoking.

refrigerator too loud, couldn’t sleep, couldn’t be fixed.

Not impressed
Refrigerator was very noisy, kept us awake. The engineer tried to fix it, but couldn’t. We should have moved to a different room. Security lock on door was broken. Shower curtain rail came out of wall. No sugar for coffee one morning and they acted surprise that they didn’t have any sugar in storage. Pool not open. Too early in the year to use the pool. Did not know this. Copy machine in lobby broken.

Less Than Expected
The rooms are small and over stuffed with additional furniture. Maid service is extra if wanted more than once a week.
