Customer Service Disappointment
Booked two queen beds, got a king. Rollaway bed was the worst ever. AC broke in the middle of the night. We had to go to the front desk to get keys to new room and take our crappy rollaway with us. Hotel offered nothing for our inconvenience.

Good place but very far for all attractions
The hotel is good, when you see outside the hotel, you never imagine the transformation have inside. Good to stay if you are going for business, but if you go for pleasure is far for all attractions

Houston’s hidden gem
All of the Crowne Plazas that I have been to always exceed my expectations and this one was no different. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. The hotel is a bit isolated/ in terms of not being directly across from convenience stores, gas station, malls, or grocery stores. McDonalds, Arby’s, and Popeyes were very close. A car is recommended. You will indeed enjoy your stay. Hotel food is great and the presentation of the food is nice, as well as the servers.

Get a car for sure. Most of the local malls and attractions are right off the Sam Houston Beltway or Interstate 45.

Fantastic Renovations!
The hotel renovated in 2008. I was nervous when I pulled in as the exterior looked the same, then WOW. From the Front Desk, Lobby, Lounge and best of all the SLEEPING ROOM. Beautifully appointed, chic, but so very comfortable. You couldn’t help but love the designer materials, murals, flatscreen TV and a communications control system that looked like NASAs, but easier to fly. You will LOVE it.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
They give you (to keep) a relaxation and meditation CD. Complete with Lavender pillow spray and those nightime covers that slip around your head and block light from your eyes.... very cool.

- Not far from the airport - Was conveniently located in north business area - Nice big room, comfortable bed, flat screen TV - The only thing I wish the room had would be a refrigerator and microwave

good for Step 2 cs test
The hotel was close to exam (4 minute walk - but free shuttle too ~ 30 minutes). It was quiet, clean, nice study area desk, and has a "business center" with 2 computers and internet access.

Good hotel
This is the second time I stay at a Crowne Plaza, and I enjoyed it. Very nice and clean rooms. No free breakfast but they have a free aiport shuttle service, which is one of the reasons I picked this hotel. I would definetly recommend to stay at this hotel.

Five Star Hotel
I’d consider this a Five Star facility. The only thing lacking was a refrigerator. Travelors who are on an extended could benefit tremendously having a refrigerator to keep parishables cold.

great find near houston airport
Great newly renovated hotel. Modern decor very nice. Restaurant good. Shuttle service to airport very quick and easy. Bellman/driver extremely helpful. Only complaint is somewhat unfriendly staff on telephone. Unable to guarantee double room when very evident hotel was not full.

Pleasently Surprised
This hotel experience was a refreshing change from the last several hotels I’ve used. The staff were curteous and competent. There was a prom going on that night and the staff made sure my room was on the top floor, away from the noise, and that they had reserved parking for me. The room was clean and stylish with lots of little perks to make the stay special. I would definetly recommend this hotel!

Very convenient to the George Bush airport
We were only in this hotel for one night, as we were flying out early the next morning. I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the bed and pillows were so comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.
