Aesthetically the hotel was beautiful and loved the dining options but i was really disappointed my room smelled like a mix dirty socks and burnt hair. I couldn’t tell if it was coming from the carpet or socks.

Upon checking in my reservation wasn’t honored and I was told they were sold out at the moment. I didn’t have anywhere to stay after arriving there from the airport. They then told me I could do a later check in that evening. Was ridiculous.

Stayed at this property many times and had booked my stay well in advance of this trip. Requested an early check in and a few other details by messaging the property in advance of arrival and received a reply back acknowledging my request. Upon arrival we discover there is a wedding that is going on and the dining options are limited (Rosalie) and hotel bar area is closed off for the wedding reception. Our room was not ready and we were out in a room with a peloton bike (I’m fat, not Lance Armstrong and I don’t need a reminder that I need to workout in my room) It took 3 phone calls and over 2 hours to get a refrigerator to the room to store my medications, request was made in advance of arrival and again at check in We attended a match in town and when we got back to the hotel we attempted to get a drink at Rosalie. The man at the front entry extended his arms and exclaimed the restaurant was closed!! We asked where do we get drink ? He said to walk down the street to the Hyatt or another hotel close by. For the money spent to stay here, valet parking and fee that’s added on at the property there should be better attention to detail and better amenities for all hotel guest staying at the property
