Likes: The staff were amazing! They were always available for assistance when needed. Dislikes: The room was pretty gross. Under the side tables had built up dust and left over hair from previous guests. The towels had stains and the toilet was not functioning properly. Valet had different tiers of pricing and if you had anything bigger than a sedan, you’re paying $69 per night for parking.

Great property near the downtown action. We really enjoyed our stay while catching an Astros game. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the elevator situation as there is only one functional elevator, so expect a long wait during peak times. Thanks for a great stay!

The property was ok but they didn’t clean our room and there were only two towels in the room. Also, there were two tiny standard size pillows on a king bed and when we requested more they said they were out.
