Typical Marriott Courtyard
This hotel is typical of what I have come to expect from Marriott Courtyard, clean, well maintained, and nice staff. It is behind another large building so it is impossible to see from the street. When looking for it, look for the sign, not the building. The sign is one of those low sings next to the street. I have absolutely no complaints about the hotel.

Better than expected
This is a nothing fancy hotel, but the very friendly and helpful staff made it a really pleasant stay. Our room was very clean, while my friend’s room across the hall could have used a little work. Ask for a room with a balcony. Free Internet in the lobby always worked, in-room WiFi was a little iffy, big screen plasma in the lobby was great for watching the Olympics. The pool is small and there was no shade at all. Decent breakfasts but confusing pricing. Note to hotel: don’t hold your staff meetings in the lobby!

I found that the hotel is excellent... Its location as well as its service have met my expectation. They provide computer with internet access with printer which is very convenient for business traveller to check on emails, etc... The room is very clean and comfortable... Solid hotel for a stay
Good price for the area, very friendly staff, exercise facilities and pool just right for a quick tune up, and quiet.

Clean, comfortable, and a quiet location
This hotel is located close to shopping and restaurants as well as the Galleria. It is just behind a 24 hour Kroger which is great for those late night cravings. Very nice, no traces of that nasty smoke smell you get in some non-smoking rooms. Restaurant and bar inside is a plus as well.

Fox and Hound sports bar nearby on Westheimer is a great place for gameday

Great stay
It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The rooms and the pool were clean and great. The pillows were comfortable and the full breakfast was great, except for the bacon. The printer in the business center did also not work. Nevertheless, I would definitely go again.

Would definitely stay here again!
Hotel employees were pleasant & helpful. Fluorescent lightbulb burned out over vanity during our stay and was replaced within 30 minutes of notifying front desk. Breakfast was delicious with an array of fruit, eggs, bacon, biscuits, hot waffles & syrup. Breakfast staff were very friendly & greeted us with a smile each morning. Great location - close to Galleria, numerous restaurants & shopping. Would definitely stay at this location anytime I’m in the Houston area.

Would stay here again
Located in the Westchase area, we had no trouble finding places to eat or getting around. There’s a Kroger and Starbucks right next door too! The gym was pretty good too, free weights, two treadmills, a bike, and a stairmaster. I used it each day of our stay.

nice place to stay
I would definitely stay here again. Extremly fast check in and check out. The only thing I didnt like (very minor) was that I needed ice and the ice machine wasnt working.

Totally impressed!

Great Business/Pleasure Choice
We were in town for a football game, but the hotel seems to be in a business area 12 miles west of downtown. The place is clean, serves a terrific breakfast, and has free internet access to their computers in the lobby and your laptop in the rooms. Staff is friendly yet no-hassle. Location requires rental car.
Traveler's tip on shopping
Huge 24-hour supermarket a short walk out the front door might come in handy for late-night snack, as neighborhood is pretty dead after 10 PM.
