At the Expedia price it’s OK. At their discounted business price it is not a good value. It reqires a car to get anywhere.

Customer Service was Awesome
I felt so pampered and taken care of by the staff. They were courteous, prompt, and very attentive before I even told them who I was (nobody) at check-in. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I was so grateful to be able to purchase secure internet from the comfort of my room. I would definitely recommend this Sheraton to stay at. By the way, being across the street from a huge mall doesn’t hurt!!

More than satisfactory
Room was clean and very quiet. Food was good but a limited menu. Room service for breakfast the first day was right on. The second day, however, they forgot to pick up my order (you hang it on the doorknob at night). The do not disturb sign and the breakfast order forms are similar--particularly to people who cannot read English.

Very Nice and Comfortable
You can tell this was an older, remodeled hotel as the rooms are a little confined, but very nice. The two queen beds are a nice touch and VERY COMFORTABLE!

Will be Back!
This newly renovated hotel is designed for comfort and convenience. Comfortable beds with nice linens and Starbucks coffee for the mini coffee pot made for a pleasant stay. The first floor has a Starbucks, a few computers the guests can use for 45 mins., an ATM machine and a big screen TV with some comfortable chairs, all of which I utilized during my stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

great location for I-40 and I-25 travel
Just a few blocks off of freeway. No noise with many places to eat or shop close by. Big hotel with all the amenities. Room was really clean. Breakfast must be purchased. Wanted to stay there on return trip but rates were raised. We stayed at another hotel that wasn’t as much and there were reasons why.
