Good for the price

We used this hotel for a business/leisure trip. We were going to the Cobb Galleria Centre. This hotel had a great location in what seemed to be a safe and nice area. The hotel itself seemed very safe as all of the rooms had indoor entrances and the main door of the hotel was locked at night. The room had a mini-kitchen (it’s and extended stay place). It was a good deal for the price. Would recommend

Crestview Suites, Marietta, GA

We’ve stayed there twice this year, and have decided that Crestview Suites is our Atlanta area "home away from home" any time we go. The rate we get through Expedia is great for such a pleasant and well located facility. We look forward to our next visit.

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

It would be very easy to spend a lot more for a motel in the Marietta/Atlanta area, but we didn’t feel that any other motel could have been more appropriate for our 2 night stay. It’s ideal if you’re just looking for an attractive, comfortable room, and easy to get to, just about 2 miles off of I-75.

Clean and quiet environment

I was very impressed with the staff who checked me into the hotel. Towels are changed daily, toilet cleaned daily. The only thing I can complain of, was the fact that I stayed at the hotel for five nights and my bedsheet/pillow cases wasn’t changed once. I deliberately didn’t make a complain just to see how long it will take the hotel management to realized this. But to my surprise, no one realized it.

There are lots of shops, supermarkets, restraurants and shopping centres situated very close to the hotel.

Not impressed

The hotel moved us to a better King Room, but it’s overall feel was low class. It is an extended stay hotel and I didn’t know that you don’t receive normal maid service. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay that isn’t terrible. This is the place. Be sure to reserve a King room. They are much better.

The suite was clean and comfortable. All appliances appeared well kept and functioned correctly. The airconditioner maintained the temperature setting without requiring any further adjustment after being set to the desired temperature. Parking was convenient. Grounds were well maintained. The hotel delivered the services and amenities as advertised. Be prepared to arrive before the front desk closes at 9:00pm on weekdays. While there may have been office staff on duty before 7:00am and after 9:00pm, no one was visible.

To get the most out of your stay and full use out of the kitchen amenities provided, bring your favorite foods, snacks, tableware, paper towels etc. All appliances are provided - you provide the supplies.

Convenient location, good for the price range

Convenient location just off the 120 Loop on Roswell. About 25 - 30 min drive to Atlanta. Grocery stores & restaurants very close. Easy wireless internet access. Very courteous and helpful staff. Rooms were clean but furniture was in bad shape. Mattress was surprisingly hard at first. Decent kitchen (full-sized fridge is nice) but only one chair at a desk to sit down and eat at. Do not expect daily housekeeping. Standard housekeeping once a week (Fridays when I was there), towel/trash service also once a week (Tuesdays, I think). This is a decent place if you are on a budget. No problems with safety even late at night (very important to me, as a lone female traveler). Driving Tip: If you are going north on 120 do not get off at the Lower Roswell exit, that’s a different road. Go one more road up to the correct Roswell. If it wasn’t for a local friend telling me that I would have been lost!

my stay worked out fine -- convenient location in Marietta -- staff & guests friendly -- floors and dishes not clean enough but sheets, bathroom and fridge ok -- dingy halls

Not a great place to stay for business

Wireless Internet connectivity dropped continuously. The girl at the front said it was worse in bad weather! No front desk staff before 7 a.m. and after 9 p.m. Sofa was uncomfortable and mattress was worse - I started every day with an Advil for my back. No shears on windows, just curtains. No kleenex in room. Long term stay hotel, so no housekeeping service except on request. Very close ti Intersate 75, but almost impossible to get out onto west bound direction during morning traffic. Positives include well equipped kitchen and lots of tv channels.

Very unreliable Internet connection. It would be impossible to download any large files or to retrieve several email messages in one session.

Crestwood Marietta

This hotel advertises high speed Internet, but the signal is extremely weak and drops constantly. During my stay the connection was down more than it was up. This is an extended stay type of hotel. Housekeeping service for daily guests is on request. They only provide one bar of soap and one small bottle of shampoo, but there are enough towels. No "kleenex" in the room, and no breakfast, or newspapers in the lobby - just coffee. The room itself was fine. Decent bed, recliner sofa, kitchen table/desk, a dresser and closet for clothes plus two night stands. Kitchen is well equipped with a two burner stove-top, full-size fridge, microwave, tosater, sink, dishes, etc. Noisy wall mounted A/C. The TV had lots of specialty channels. Close to I-75, and easy driving distance to Cobb Galleria. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping. If you don’t need reliable Internet access then this would be a good place to stay.

Location issue

The only issue we had is that it wasn’t directly off the interstate and couldn’t get directions when we called the hotel for help. We drove around for about 30 minutes before we found it.

Not a Hotel

This property was not a hotel at all. While the room was not dirty there were no linens in place on the beds, no towels, no soap and not even a shower curtain or extra roll of Toilet paper in the room when we checked-in. While we received most of the items when requested this was not at all what we thought we had paid for even though there was the promised kitchen with full refrigerator and microwave. The staff was apologetic for the condition of the room but didn’t seem to have the time to rectify the situation so we checked out as soon as we could the next morning. Also, due to the type of accomodation there were people hanging around the entrances at all hours.

Maybe okay for long-term business travelers but not for a family with small children.

For the price this is one of the best hotels in the area...

Very Comfortable

My daughter and I were heppy with our stay here. The room was well furnished and nice and quiet.The only surprise was that since it’s primarily an extended stay hotel, they didn’t offer daily housekeeping.

Clean hotel, great price

Seems like a newer hotel. The rooms were very large and clean. Ideal if in town for several days with kitchenette/frigerator. Only thing missing was a continental breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The rate was great and the room was absolutely fantastic and it was in a convienent location. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Great kitchen. Clean, large room. Friendly employees

We were very happy with our room. The room was large and clean. The kitchen was a great asset to us. It helped us save a lot of money by eating breakfast in our room. The front desk people were especially helpful with directions and wake up calls. We would gladly stay here again!
