The staff were friendly however within the first 30 minutes of being checked into our room we seen 2 roaches. The rest of my night was ruined because I was skeptical and scared to see more. You can tell the room wasn’t cleaned because the bed sham had a huge stain on it and crumbs behind the bed. I only know this because I seen something black on the side of my bed and thought it was another roach. I wouldn’t book again.

The hotel itself wasn't too bad. Shower barely had lukewarm water and very low pressure, the AC didnt work very well, the beds were comfortable but the pillows were flat and very well used. Overall my stay was decent. I was stuck at the Atlanta airport due to the IT issue. I was able to book the room. The hotel was able to get me in around 2 pm, an hour before check in. Kudos. The room was clean and well maintained. There was airplane noise overhead but that is expected since it was right by the airport. The only issue I had was the hotel shuttle was unreliable. I waited at the airport for 1.25 hours at the pick up location. To go back to the airport there was only room for one person on the shuttle, since it is shared with another hotel and they filled it up, so I had to call a Lyft. Lyft was there within 5 min. So it worked out.

I was there for 4 day's with 2 adults and 3 kids not once did they tell us that you have to request house keeping to come clean the room for the 4 days we had trash piling up in the room and when i complained to management they sent 2 housekeepers that didn't speak English so they couldn't understand what we were staying.... plus they had no rooms available when we arrived and the front desk staff is very slow it took the young lady so long to check-in overall service was horrible

They moved me from the room I paid for to an accessible room where it was totally uncomfortable. The room wasn’t clean and light didn’t work. When they changed the light the maintenance team did not knock and walked in on us. I wasn’t dressed. I was in bed with only a robe. I asked the manager to help me check out early. She never returned my phone call. I believed they moved us to another room that was least admirable because we booked it on this site. I usually do NOT GIVE BAD reviews because things happen right…. But I can’t push past the thought of me being possibly completely naked when they walked in on us.
