Everything was great but the carpet needs to cleaned or taken up. Staff was great and accommodating. Air conditioning had a mind of its own and the shower/tub needs some attention paint chipping.

The showers had mold,,,the room smelled of mold,,,the stores are 2 miles away or more,,sort of inconvient if no transportation. Wish it had a full kitchen..lots of extra space for one, the rug in the entrance to the bedroom was worn where the nails scratch my foot,,definetly needs new mattress. Left with a knot in my neck.Other than these issues it was cool.

I reserved this room 3 days prior to the stay. We called the hotel multiple times for a Shuttle and when they finally answered after 9 attempts, we were told we would just have to wait. So I decided to rent a car instead. I got to the hotel around 315pm. Check in is at 4pm. Wasn’t allowed to check in early. Which is a k because that’s their rule. My son and I sat at one of the lounge areas with a tv. He laid down on the couch. After 5-7 minutes we were not guests so we couldn’t be there. We left. We eventually went back to the airport around 10pm to see if our lost luggage would be found in another flight coming in. I called the hotel to tell them we are coming but will be around midnight. I was told all is good we have your reservation. We arrived at the hotel again and came in at 1220 and there was a line of 25 people getting rooms because their flight got cancelled. When I finally get there to check in she says she gave our room away. So we left and searched for a room at another hotel at 230am we found something 30 minutes away. Personally I would never choose the location ever again

Short staff. No room service on the first day after returning from an all day event. Was told property was doing a turnover for a new buyer…small things in room took 2 days to be fixed… Front Desk Receptionist was excellent, food was very good.

They did not have any waffles nor did they have any regular bacon or pan sausages. The first night I arrived I waited 30 minutes to give my order and another 20 minutes to receive my order from the in-house restaurant.

Parking is not for free. We ended up paying like $50 on parking because we left to get some food to eat. The room had a mold smell and the indoor pool was small and humid with so much chlorine.

This was not a great stay at this hotel. Our room was quite dirty upon check-in. Outdoor pool was closed and no warning of this until the day before we checked in. Staff was less than helpful and the airport shuttle would not drop us off at international departures which was a huge pain and required another shuttle service. Disappointing stay.

Suites were spacious, bed was very comfortable. We stayed twice - two weeks apart. First stay was Excellent all the way around. Second stay we had to get an Uber because the airport shuttle driver had left for the night and we didn't know. Waited a good while, finally called hotel & was told he wasn't there. Supposed to be able to shuttle run until 2 a.m. - it was almost midnight. Hotel couldn't comp us the Uber because it was paid through Expedia. So out $30. Desk clerk tried and compensated with items from the snack bar. Otherwise, exceptional stays.

I chose this hotel because it had an outdoor pool and looked very nice from the photos. However after arriving. I was told that parking was $23 a day. That wasnt listed anywhere on the site. Then was told the outdoor pool was under construction. Once we got to our room. I noticed it was extremely warm. I figured the temperature was higher to preserve energy. The room temperature was 75°, the thermostat was set at 70°. I changed it to 62° and me and my children left to get dinner an thought it would be cooler by the time we got back. When we arrived back that night the room temperature was 74°. That morning i told the host at the front desk that there is an issue with the air and that the room was extremely warm. She said she would have someone look at it. It was never fixed and our stay was warm and uncomfortable. And the room had a musky warm sauna like smell. Also the indoor pool WAS extremely dirty. Not the facility, but the water. It was not clear blue, but dirty like bath water. So much so that you could see dirt film floating. The water had a grayish color you couldn't even see the floor of the pool. I took pictures if you need to see them. I would not recommend this hotel. I was only told someone would check the room and the problem was never fixed. All the money paid out for parking on top of my stay in a hot room and not being able to enjoy the pool was a waste. Very disappointed for my first family trip.
