Great for the price
Everything was great. The room was comfortable and the desk staff were great. The housekeepers neglected to clean the coffee pot and replenish the items there and in bath. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied with stay. Close to good restaurants and shopping, easy drive to beach. Would recommend.

Excellent Hotel in Virginia Beach, VA Town Center
The hotel is situated in the heart of Virginia Beach’s Town Center, several miles away from the boardwalk and the beach. There are plenty of great restaurants within a walking distance (Cheesecake Factory, Ruth Chris’ Stake House, Macaroni and Grill to name a few). There are also several sports bars and also free entertainment in the evenings. The hotel staff was friendly, the room was spectacular and the bed was extremely comfortable. Parking is free, but located across the street - it is not an issue at all! Going to the beach was a breeze. We were parking the car on the municipal parking lots for $7/day (although it is probably a good idea to get there before 12 pm because the lots get full pretty quickly) and spending the whole day on the beach.

Use the municipal parking lots when going to the Beach - located on the 2nd, 4th, 9th, 19th Street.

Great place to stay!
This hotel is located in a great place. It is walking distance to great restaurants such as PF Changs, Cheesecake Factory and Ruth’s Chris. The parking is free. There are a few spaces on the hotel site to park and there is a parking garage across the street. It was well lit and is also free. The rooms were comfortable. I would definately stay there again.

Great location, free parking surprising
If you’re staying in a Virginia Beach Hotel without staying directly on the beach, this is a great hotel. It’s about 10 minutes from the beach, in a modern "avenue" mall type strip with well-known, contemporary steak, cheesecake, and asian fusion restaurants. It’s also across the street from an excellent shopping plaza and a classic breakfast spot. Parking is adjacent to hotel in a deck that is free. Rooms was spacious and comfortable (a King). Staff was extremely nice and called me on my cell to let me know when my early check-in room was ready.

Best service ever!
Fantastic service by every staff member. They went out of their way to meet our needs. We had a wedding party stay and they couldn’t have worked harder to put our rooms together and to fix a broken AC, and to help in any way they could-always with a smile. The hotel was wonderful;the staff even better!

Excellent place to stay
After a long trip from Ohio in a car that’s borderline made for track use only, this hotel was definately a sight for sore eyes. There’s parking right outside the hotel, and it’s complimentary, unlike most of Va Beach’s parking. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the room was quite above par as well. It was very clean, everything looked nice, and the beds were very soft. I guess everything was as you’d expect from a Hilton branch. I’d definately stay there again.

Not what I expected
Hotel was nice but the staff was horrible. Receptionist was rude and our check-in was not welcoming at all for being a Hilton hotel.

Excellent Hotel
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. It was very clean and comfortable. Also, the staff was very friendly. It’s near a lot of restaurants and stores and only about 25 minutes from the beach.

Wonderful
Overall, this was a great hotel. It was in the middle of stores and resturants. most things were walking distance. It is not on the beach but it is about 5 mins. from it. My stay was great

Great hotel
It was spacious and very clean. The bed was really comfortable. The sheets were white which made me feel better to sleep in because you can see almost any stain if there were stains. Room service was good; they have room service for the restaurant in the hotel and one down the block. There was only a problem with the wireless connection, but they do have a business center.

Not Impressed
rented this room for my parents who were coming to twon for a family wedding. They rented a smoking room because my father is a smoker. The room smelled disgusting. They have rented smoking rooms before, and they did not smell like this. On top of the smell, the bathtub drain was not draining after showers, and the their complimentary breakfast they were suppose to recieve was not free at all. They were very upset with thier stay, and that The Hilton was not what they thought it would be.

Much shopping in walking distance. Kohl’s, Bed bath beyond, Bookstore and much more. So many restaurants, again within walking distance it took us awhile to choose. Enjoyed everything.

Nice Clean Hotel in great location
We were in Virginia beach for a weekend and we stayed here. The hotel front desk was very helpful in getting us the directions and addresses for the various places we wanted to see. Also, parking was right in front of the hotel since it was the weekend. The location is perfect. It is bang in the middle of VA Beach town center and about 15 minutes drive to the beach and boardwalk area. They have all kinds of restaurants within walking distance of this hotel.

We had never anticipated so much crowd in restaurants on Saturday night at 9:30pm. At most restaurants it was 40 minute wait. Make reservations if you want to dine on Saturday night. We ended up in California Pizza Kitchen which was awesome.It had lots of options for us. We are vegetarians. And then we stopped for dessert at Cold Stone Creamary

found a new great place to stay
Excellent, prompt service. Room was immaculately cleaned and maintained and yet they were very friendly to families with kids. Not beachfront, but trust me, you won’t care! Easy travel distance to the beach and area attractions without all the noise and mess that you usually find at a Virginia Beach hotel. Restaurants and shopping galore within walking distance.

Don’t want to fight the crowds on the Virginia Beach boardwalk? GO north on 64 toward the Norfolk/Bay-Bridge Tunnel and stop at Sarah Constant Memorial Park on the Bay. Nice quiet beach with less surf! Bathrooms and picnic tables, fishing pier, and no parking fees. The beach like it used to be!

Consistently a great place to stay
This hotel is a favorite. The housekeeping staff raises the bar for others in this class of hotel - they earn their money keeping this place fresh and spotless. Some rooms have noisy air conditioners but light sleepers needn’t worry. Easy parking and great dining options within walking distance. Save me a room!
