My stay did not go well from the beginning. The room I was given had a problem with the seals on the door and the air coming through the door made a loud noise when closed. We had to block the door at the bottom to get any relief. I complained to the from desk and they offered to move me to another room, however we had booked an oversized suite and the room they wanted to give us was a regular sized room so we declined. The staff said they would provide me with a discount on my stay to which I agreed to but don't see any evidence of receiving that discount on my receipt. When I called to request my receipt from the hotel, the person who answered the phone was very short and rude with her attitude, like I was disturbing her or something. My overall impression of the hotel was not impressive. We had trouble with the internet connection etc. This hotel is pet friendly and to me there was an odor of a dog having been in that room previously that was evident when the room was closed up and we returned. I don't think I will stay at this hotel again. I thought a big name like Hilton and the fact that we book the oversized suite would have been more impressive. Be advised before you book. The only bright spot was the parking valet named Ronnie. He was very attentive to our needs within his spear of duties.
