I requested on line when booking a first floor facing ocean with balcony, handicap room ( needed walk in shower). Upon arrival, i was told no first floor, no balconies for handicap rooms, no walk in showers, and not ocean view. In fact, 1 SMALL window in entire suite facing parking lot on 5th floor. I told the young woman at desk how disappointed i was in room and it was just about blown off, as if to say, take it or leave it. The room had a sofa in the sitting room, upon sitting i got on me long dark hair. I have very short blonde hair. Under the dinning table there was a plastic tag from a new piece of clothing..the price tag was stuck between the wall and table.
In the bathroom as sitting on commode in the joint of the tub and wall, a clump of dirt with black thread in it..very obvious.
In the living room i had to move the end table to plug in my phone..clearly the end table and rolling cushion seat had not been vaccumed under in some time.
I have owned a motel so i know what is required to clean a room. Clearly this was eye balled cleaned..if it looks ok then it doesn't need cleaning. Sad.
I believe upon making my reservation if my requests were not able to be met then i should have been notified by phone or email. Once there i was stuck.
The dinning facility is not great. But i dont believe the hotel owns it.
