This is for a two bedroom two bath unit. King Bed in the master bedroom. Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. Dinning Area with table and chairs. Full Kitchen plus Washer and Dryer. Second Bedroom has a queen bed plus sleeper sofa. Two Bathrooms Plus Balcony.

Set on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this modern Mediterranean-style resort is 4 miles from Balboa Island and 7 miles from Newport Pier. We almost every year get a nice Ocean View room, having owned this property for over 20 years!!

There's a casual poolside bar and grill, plus a cafe serving Starbucks coffee. Additional amenities include a spa, 3 outdoor pools and a hot tub, plus a fitness center, and tennis and basketball courts.
