“The place was amazing. Everything we needed for cooking dinner and lounging around. The hot tub was the deal breaker for the area. We sat in the hot tub and got to see a solar flare and many shooting stars in the super quiet and dark sky! This was a perfect place to see the Great Sand Dune National Park.”

“This house has the best stocked kitchen of any short-term we've stayed in. The home is newly remodeled, spacious and very clean. The beds were firm and comfortable. There were ample towels and blankets throughout the home. There was a side yard where we could let our dogs run around, and that was great. “Clean, comfortable space with wonderful vibes in a peaceful and private location. The views are absolutely incredible and made the stay even more special. The property is exactly as described — no surprises, just a perfect match to the listing.It was well worth the 45-minute (give or take) drive to both the Great Sand Dunes National Park and Zapata Falls. “The property was perfect. It was very clean and beautifully furnished. We loved the barnyard animals who talked to us everyday. the front porch was so lovely to sit in. We did have problems with checking in as we could not access the property Manager. We ended up intruding on the owner which did not go well initially. In the end it was worth all the time consumed in the process. ”
