This property should not be used until it has updates. The electrical system is very old, plugs won’t stay in, you have to unplug items to not trip a circuit and I felt unsafe. The heating wall gas heating unit did not function and I was very happy to see CO monitors in place. This unit looked like it was from the 40’s. The paint is chipped, there are large chunks of wood missing and an all of the faucets dripped water. This was not the unit I chose at booking but was given to us due to repairs on the original unit. The office, staff and restaurant were outstanding.

This was our second time staying at Grandview. Great property, good cabins, staff is friendly. Can’t wait to go back and stay again!

Was an okay stay. Not the worst I’ve experienced, but definitely not the best. Communication needs some work. Attempted to get a hold of the property for two weeks prior to check in, unsuccessfully. I did mention it to the front desk when I arrived at check in. She was kind and attempted to make it up. Bed extremely cheap and uncomfortable. Shower dripped all night. We did report when we had to go get extra towels. You must request room service, but even when we did, no one cleaned. We were there riding so we did bring dirt in with us even though we tried not to. Looks like it’s been recently renovated, but in the cheapest way possible. I’m sure it’s fine for a lot of people, just not for us. The location is great for what we were there to do.

Value is right for this small motel. Room was basic but clean. Management responded promptly to text messages. Located right at the intersection of highways 160 and 149, so it is very noisy even at night with sound of passing trucks.

Breakfast was really good and the staff were very personal and kind.
