"Great stay. My capsule was well equipped with dual USB-A/C ports and not a speck of dust in sight. This place is beyond clean - like the love child of Ikea and a Japanese capsule hotel. I don’t really have any negatives to speak of. They have daily activities (some paid, some free), a huge kitchen with a much welcomed free food basket, and a cheap cafe/bar with a nice 10% discount to make it even cheaper. Nothing to complain about here. "

"Everything ok except bunk beds. If you sleep upper bed than you can experience problems- whole bed is shaking. I saw someone felt down while stepping down. It deserved for maintenance work or exchange. The rest was good. Perfect location. Nice staff."

"I had a great stay at the Haka Lodge. I have no complaints with the facility. Everything was clean. It was close to so many restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. It was easy and convenient to get to the city or CBD as the bus is right in front of the Lodge. "False advertising. Rude staff. Beds with one small blanket in winter. Old building and freezing cold-no insulation. Bathroom tap didn't turn on. Booked for 3 nights, thinking it had a private bathroom as advertised. Upon check in found out no room had private bathroom. All shared. Refused to refund me any money. Even after showing them the advertisement online. Didn't stay and booked elsewhere. Only parking available is pay and display down the road that is more expensive than the room itself. "
