“From the moment I parked, I was impressed. Outdoor surroundings were clean and groomed. Upon entry the desk was to my left and I was greeted immediately. Checked in with no issues. Got my monkey and went to my room. When I opened the door the first thing I noticed was it smelled clean. No heavy chemical odors. Just clean. The room was clean, no dust on furniture, and the air was on 72. It couldn’t have been more perfect. Thanks ”

“There were black hairs on the bed sheets, on the table, and in the bathroom sink. When I complained they did come and change the sheets and wipe down the other areas. I couldn’t try another room because they were sold out as were most of that city’s hotels. However, I left the hotel for the conference I was attending, and when I returned at 11:15 pm tired and ready for sleep, there were a few more black hairs on the “clean “ sheets they had put on the bed earlier.
