“Tried to call the actual hotel numerous times and the 800# numerous times because we were visiting with people we traveled to see and was afraid wouldn't make it there by 8PM. However, we left our engagement to avoid arriving too late for check-in. (the latest check-in time per the website and confirmation) The line would not be answered and/or would ring into their fax line. When we arrived, I was told "I thought something was going on since the fax line kept ringing and no calls were coming……

“We stayed at this hotel while riding the C&O Tow Path. The staff was very supportive of accommodating our bicycles. There was a liced room for them. The included breakfast was plentiful with a variety of options. We would definitely stay here again.”

“I have stayed here twice a year for the last 6 years and had been happy enough with the convenience, the safety and the spacious rooms. They have always been a bit outdated and that never bothered me, they were clean enough, quiet and affordable . But sadly this would be my last stay there for a multiple of reasons. A safe with no door, air conditioning that was faulty (moved rooms), water stains, carpet stains, wall damage. (Previous visit had ants, missing closet door and wet floor around ac)……
