“HVAC unit has not been cleaned for years. Should have switched Rooms Broken Window room safety should be a concern. Wingate properties are the bottom of the barrel.”

“We had a quick one-night stay in Lincoln. The hotel was just off the interstate, and easy to access. There were a number of restaurants in the area. They advertise a hot breakfast, but the only thing hot were the waffles (not my favorite). It was a very clean, comfortable family owned and run hotel. I would certainly stay again, and I do recommend them if you are looking for clean comfortable hotels with limited amenities. And the price was right!”

“Room was very nice and spacious. Helpful, friendly staff. Would have liked more selection in the cold breakfast area (maybe some bagels, yogurt, brown bread) hot items were offered for those who like waffles, eggs, sausage ”

“It was a solo stay for me. I just had to stay for one night. I called to say I would be checking in late. It was great. Clean room.”
