“Our room was half clean half dirty. The bathroom was nasty hair was all over floor counter and bathtub. We could not switch rooms since fully booked it was not a good experience. Breakfast was decent but no fresh oatmeal as advertised.”

We checked in early and I asked for a first floor room away from the loud main road, got neither from the desk attendant that was clearly unhappy to be there. Told to come back in an hour because the room was being “cleaned”. Came back and the room was filthy everywhere. Bathroom had hair in the tub, on the toilet, the mirror was wiped down with a dirty rag. Food bits on the floor, on the couch (pizza bits, French fries). Just gross, dirt……
