“This was our first stay at an Extended Stay and probably our last. The hotel has no amenities. Nothing in the kitchen. No plates, forks, knives, nothing. No warm breakfast. Get that at even the cheap hotels.”

“The hotel is older. Looks like they are slowly renovating. Room was ok. Needed a deep clean. Our room smelled strongly of something like fabric softener. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Breakfast was good, eggs and sausage were hot and they have several other items as well. Very convenient to highway 85. ”

“The bathroom floor was very dirty, and there were traces of vomit behind the toilet; the bathtub was full of hair. It was a very unpleasant experience in this bathroom.”

“Despite speaking with the staff the day prior to my arrival to confirm our reservation, we showed up and were told (1) we were at the wrong hotel which was not the case, (2) then told they didn't have our reservation and were fully booked, (3) then were told it was because we used Expedia rather than booked directly, (4) then were told it was because we didn't check-in through the mobile app. It was a complete disaster. During this experience at the front desk, we also overheard their phone……
