“Front desk employees were the rudest people I have ever encountered at the hotel both the individuals working at different times the morning guy wanted to fight my husband because he left his shirt in the car and guy told him to put it on and had to go back to the room to get the car key to get his shirt out of the car and the employee chased him down and got in his face threatening him told him he needed to leave the property. “For what this hotel lacks in amenities it by far makes up for in comfort, convenience, and customer service! Everything single staff member was efficient, helpful, and SO friendly! This was the first time we traveled with our pup Vito and he was welcomed with open arms!”

“The rooms were clean but there were several people smoking right outside of the entrances. One of our rooms did not have a shower curtain upon arrival. I do have a question re: handicapped accessible rooms. The rooms were on the lower level- which was fine. BUT to get to the breakfast area room, you either walked up and around the outside of the building or climbed stairs. ALSO to use the shower, you had to be able to raise your leg at least 15 inches to clear the side of the tub. THEN TO STEP……
