"Nice place. Very clean. Good water pressure. Lol. I enjoyed the art throughout the hotel. The rooftop bar area is really cool. I didn’t try breakfast at the restaurant. Only coffee to go as I was otw out."

"Looks like an older hotel but don't let that fool you. I was worried about the smell of cigarettes since it is older and nothing! The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The staff is amazing. The breakfast buffet was filling and fresh and the little evening thing was nice after travel!"

"The hotel was clean. The staff were very nice. However, we selected this hotel because it was listed having a hot tub. After checking in, we went down to the hot tub to find a sign that it was out of order. The sink in our bathroom was also broken with a huge crack in it."

"Staying at the West End for our trip was great. The 2 women who work in the mornings were fantastic. They were very accommodating and let us store our stuff since we had to switch rooms, due to our last minute decision to stay an extra night. 10/10 experience and staff."

"Everything was great, my only thing was I wasn’t aware of there being a $50 deposit on my room until I arrived at the hotel. I paid in advance online for the room rental itself then upon checking in was asked for my card to get a $50 deposit. I was told it would be returned shortly after checking out and it’s still not returned."
