“Tuve una muy buena experiencia en este hotel. Es un lugar cómodo y tranquilo, ideal para descansar. La habitación contaba con aire acondicionado y agua caliente en la ducha, lo que hizo mi estancia más agradable. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, además de que la seguridad del hotel me hizo sentir muy tranquila. Otro punto a favor es su excelente ubicación, ya que se encuentra cerca de la zona turística de Tlaquepaque. Sin duda, lo recomendaría.”

“This place should be shutdown. The water came out black from faucet and toilet, what little came from shower was brown rust. The room was filthy and insect infested. The windows were rusted so bad they either couldn't be opened or closed. The lobby had cockroaches clearly visible. This place is located in a very dangerous, ugly dirty area. Do not stay in this place.”

“No estaba mi reserva cuando llegue a recepción me dieron una habitación que les quedaba sin clima puro abanico y con una cama ya no había opción por la hora pero avise que llegaría tarde y todo por este medio pero no sé respeto y ni siquiera tenían mi reserva MALISIMA EXPERIENCIA”

“Property was right where the nightlife is and. Worldcup festivities. We loved it. However, be careful with the parking situation. On the 3rd night there the main parking arm was down and the guard had to press for a ticket as our parking card was not working. He never told us we had to pay for the ticket. 3 days later we couldn’t leave the parking lot due to a $80 overdue ticket. We tried to fight it but still had to end up paying”
