“This was over my fifth stay. However, I am not sure if I would stay again. Stayed for a day and had to leave early to get my flight. I asked the hotel representative if my voucher could be redeemed for another day since I would be coming back to Guadalajara but to a different place and he said no. It is unfortunate that after staying here multiple times an exception could not be done and with the price of the stay one would think it would be flexible. “1) Pague habitación con camas queen, me dieron matrimoniales, 2) el aire acondicionado es una burla . Tuve que comprar un ventilador para poder sobrellevar el calor de la habitación . Y el personal dijo: es lo que hay. 3) el servicio del restaurante es muy bueno y la atención del personal ahí genial En general es bonito, está amplio, privado , buen restaurante buena alberca pero si está feo lo del aire para los que no nos gusta el calor. Si no te importa pasar la noche a 30 grados en……

“La atención del personal muy especial y atentos con uno. La comunicación con ellos es muy fluida y de inmediato. Es maravilloso que sirvan desayuno hasta la 1 pm para osos perezosos como yo!! La habitación muy linda, aseada, lo único es que si de sugerencia podrían considerar colocar lámparas en las mesas de noche para no tener que levantarse a apagar luces. Para que tomen en cuenta, no hay ascensor así que viajen ligero porque si llegan o salen a deshoras uno solo tiene que mover el equipaje.”

“The room did not have A/C, did not feel safe. They gave us a pad lock to lock the door if we left the hotel. The towels were dirty. We left in the middle of the night we could not stay there.”
