“hotel was nice. unfortunately the renovation dowstair and awarness of hotel.staff was poor. the communication between staff was not working. and they did not know what to do about booking. they must learn how the booking is done.they ask more money what i paid and tell we not pay enough. complicate to solve”

“Jeamco is a very good value budget hotel. I rented a 'Deluxe' room for a few nights via an app and on arrival check-in was easy. There are stairs & a lift. My room was quite small, with a double bed, side table, coffee table, air-con & TV. The bedside table had the light switch & two powerpoints. Free wifi available. The bathroom, however, was quite spacious. Towels, some soap & shampoo provided. Big basin with mirror, nice toilet with bidet accessory & shower with nice, hot water. Everything……

“AC is so loud and the CR flooring- tiles were not properly installed. Must change the towel and blanket.”

“The polar opposite of a smart & tidy corporate hotel ,but it has warmth & friendliness that corporate would find hard to replicate ”

“I came in early to see if my room was available they were not even able to fill up my reservation until an hour so later even after my check in i still had to wait another 30 minutes after already waiting for about an hour and a half the room that was occupied by someone who allows who hasn't checked out yet. There are supposed to check out by 12 and they didn't get to check out until after 2:30. There wasn't any trash cans in my room so i had to keep asking for them to throw my trash away……

“Very nice small hotel,very peaceful,amazing welcoming staff,good service,good food, 24 hour desk really enjoyed my stay! I will be stay here again! Highly recommended especially if your budget is on the lower end …. Very good value for money! ”
