“Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast always good nice selection”

“Location is great, directly across from SM Mall of Gensen, that means many food options. The room design and deco is a little old, but clean, the desk lamp didn't work in my room, it keeps flickering, but i just had it off, so there wasn't an issue. Breakfast was good, next to the pool. ”

“No drinking water in room , no fridge , no where to sit down , no chairs , no hot water in shower ,no toilet paper , room telephone not working, . Property isolated nothing within walking distance . Terrible experience z. Will not come again.”

“The mall, shopping, and restaurants are directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel is very well kept, clean, safe, and customer service was exceptional. Exceptional location. The rooms are nice but small. Excellent for 2 people in the single with double bed. The other room with 2 beds is suitable maybe for 2 adults with 2 small kids. ”

“Do not stay here. They have parties in the function room at night. The music is so loud you will not be able to sleep. Plus we got sick from the breakfast. Sure, the staff is friendly but they do nothing about the noise.”

“Aside from the facade, this property has been neglected for years. Lots of deferred maintenance. The staff is polite and professional as are most Filipinos. The area around the hotel is very dirty and loud. ”

“The room where we stayed (R102) is good and the restroom has a unique design with circles and look like a crystal. Although the room is old,it’s liveable.The walls have cracks and the toilet bowl seat is broken. The cabinet is broken also. The hot water is not working though the staff tried to repair it. The outdoor is so beautiful and the beds are comfortable. The owner and the staff are courteous and were excellent in dealing with us. Overall,we’re contented with our stay. The room is……
