“This hotel has an excellent location in Brussels. After walking the whole day, it was amazing how near was from the Grand-Place. The breakest is very simple, but it is included so it is a very good option for young people traveling in Europe. Staff was kind. No hair dryer in my room, it is the only thing I would add. ”

“The room is too small for 3 persons. You just cant open your luggage freely. The lift is too small. Nice staff, offer help willingly. Close to the centre. Clean.”

“It was nice experience, room were clean and comfortable, but you can hear people talking from outside and other rooms, and wifi got some problem it was really slow during my staying, but in general the staying was comfortable ”

“Excelente atención al cliente cuando estaba el Personal, sólo contestan el teléfono para Atención, ya que no están 24 horas en Recepcion, en mi caso era complicado ya que mi plan de datos sólo permitía llamadas por WhatsApp, les mandé un correo que aparece en su página para avisar que iba a llegar tarde porque nos cambió el vuelo la aerolínea, y afortunadamente cuando llegamos nos abrió otra persona y pudimos dormir en los sillones y en el piso de la Recepcion el primer día”
