“We enjoyed our stay at this facility. There was only one hitch when we arrived at the check in time of 4:00pm. The office was closed and the phone number on the email confirmation was an invalid number. The thought that we had no way to get into our reserved hotel room was very scary. Luckily we found another resident there who contacted the manager. The manager arrived shortly to help us check in. Later the manager pointed out that there was a contact phone number on the key drop mailbox……

“We arrived at 3 for check in and no one was there and office was locked. There was a ring door bell so I rang it and she said she’d be there at 4 to check us in. We waited and at 4 there was still no one. I called the number but mailbox is full. The cleaning person told me she was at the sister hotel so we started to head that way but then saw her pull in at 4:10. We get checked in and about an hour later realize our fridge isn’t working. I go back down and she’s out walking the dog so I sit……
