“The upsides: The room was great - roomy, beautiful and with one of the most comfortable beds ever! The staff was very helpful. “The overall experience was memorable and worthwhile. I like the closeness to nature and the overall serenity. The staff were responsive and friendly. The concierge in particular was very helpful. The only challenge was the kitchen staff. We ordered room service for dinner. It was very delayed. Breakfast was a bit of a challenge. Refills of meals for the breakfast buffet was very slow. ”
