“The property looks even better in-person. We booked the penthouse and we were blown away by how luxurious it was. Rhe arwa is secure and we felt safe the entire time. The only real downside was the Wi-Fi and the food delivery took way too long to arrive. The foid was really tasty though so that made up for the wait. Also there were hidden nightly fees so make sure to read the fine print before booking.”

“Checking in and out was a HORRIBLE experience. The hotel claimed we did not have a reservation even after giving them the booking number. I had to call the hotel.com office to sort out the entire mess. Upon check out, the hotel claimed non paynent even after viewing the receipts that stated 'paid'. Once again the hotle.com office had to be called. But the hotel itself would not answer their phone. The front desk has alot to learn about customer service. ”
