“ I reached out to property before posting this & got no reply. I contacted Expedia, they reached out to property & they refused any refund. They asked if I complained to the front desk, I did but that’s useless. Their Expedia ad claims they offer amenities that they don’t! 1. fridge is not full sized!!! it’s a dorm sized one. The freezer holds maybe 3 bottles of water. There is No room for groceries after adding drinks/water. The kitchen isn’t open like the pics, It’s small and closed……

“The spa was closed for the entire duration of our stay. The microwave, fridge, and lights in the guest toilets and the second bedroom ensuite were not working. When I escalated these issues, staff assured me they would be fixed the next day, but nothing was done. I ordered food through the kitchen service, but the order was sent to another room by their own error. After I cancelled it, food was still delivered to our room at 11 p.m. This reflects very poor communication within the hotel. I……

“For the price, it was very nice”

“Checking in and out was a HORRIBLE experience. The hotel claimed we did not have a reservation even after giving them the booking number. I had to call the hotel.com office to sort out the entire mess. Upon check out, the hotel claimed non paynent even after viewing the receipts that stated 'paid'. Once again the hotle.com office had to be called. But the hotel itself would not answer their phone. The front desk has alot to learn about customer service. ”

“They said they couldn't find our reservation , we woke up to the room door opened, the only thing keeping the door from being wide open was the lock chain. In the morning, they told us they had not received payment from hotels.com and they made us pay again. ”

“I booked this hotel on Expedia for two nights DecThey are unprofessional and don’t even have a computer where they manage guest records and reservation. They have a notebook where they write everything like this is 1882. Expedia should de-list them. They use Expedia and other booking platforms to advertise their hotels but when you get there, particularly during peak periods like Detty December, they will tell you they don’t have the room but if you are willing to pay a higher price directly to……
