"I loved my stay here! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, there was secure storage for personal items, the bathrooms were cleaned every day and amenities including PJs were provided. The location was also great! "Here is the rub. My room was a capsule space. When I arrive, there were two shelves, one upper and lower shelf at the head of the bed. It was dark. I did not know that the bottom shelf was adjustable. Because of this for three nights, I slept with my feet hanging off the edge of the bed and on the third night I woke up, hitting my head on the bottom shelf because when the bed was made, the shelf was not collapsed and prepared for the next customer.
